Regarding all Change Orders: The parties (buyers
and sellers) agree that the sellers will make changes
at the buyer's request only if both parties agree in
writing to such changes. There will be a charge for
all changes, and non-refundable payment is required
at the time of executing any Unit Modification Rider
(change order). The charge for any change will reflect
administrative design time, returned or wasted
materials, cost of restructuring related items, materials
and labor and developer's profit. **Seller reserves
the right to make such changes as seller shall deem
necessary. Seller reserves the right to substitute
material of equal or better quality. |
